Originally the brewery tap of Blatch's of Theale; many of the brewery buildings have been preserved and can be viewed through the car park or the ivy-clad entry further up the road. There is now a large drinking area with a more set dining area at the rear, although food is generally served throughout in this family-friendly pub. A couple of screens show sporting events. There is a function room/games upstairs which can be booked for parties etc. A good local's pub though all are welcome!
