Bond Brews will be holding a Beer Festival on Saturday 14th June to mark its 10th anniversary. It’ll run from 12.00-8.00pm and the format will be as before, with plenty of covered seating, orders taken at your table and drinks brought to you, making everything easy and convenient, with no scrums at the bar. The beers will be poured and served by willing CAMRA volunteers. There will be live music from local bands and street food from a local vendor. Up to six of Dean Bond’s real ales will be on offer, including the return of Kaptain Chaos (4.3% American-style Pale Ale), which is being brewed in time to be ready for this event. This beer hasn’t been brewed since the last time a certain highly unpredictable person was in charge in the White House and the name couldn’t be more appropriate for the times we now find ourselves in.
